Legal Aid of Northwest Texas is a nonprofit organization that provides free civil legal help to low-income residents in 114 Texas counties. 

The eVetRecs website allows for you to request your DD214 online. However, county service officers as well as onsite VA employees can be of assistance as well. 

Texas Workforce Commission can help you secure employment as well as filing for benefits under the state program.
